Scrapbook Royalty Crop at the Pink!

This past Friday was the Scrapbook Royalty Crop at the Pink Pineapple. I made a scrumptious red velvet cake for all the croppin' ladies, and of course it had to look royally delicious, too!!
The decoration is made with whipped cream and buttercream, and the inside is a delicious red velvet cake!
Notice the glitter? All edible! ;)

Happy St-Patrick's Day!

I made this cake today for a friend's relative's birthday - born on St-Patrick's Day, how fun!
My wonderful friend asked that I bake the cake in a cloverleaf shape.
The cake is the vanilla bean recipe with a yummy cookie crust, and I filled and iced with whipped cream.
The decoration around the outside is made of buttercream.
I outlined the cloverleaf with green M&Ms!
Wish I could have had a piece!!
